I’m opening a new cafe in San Francisco, it’s called Playcate or Recess, it’s an indoor playground system scaled for adults, with knock-your-socks-off organic artisanal versions from your classic school lunch days. There’s an open plan coworking space with the best rates in the city. Wednesday and Saturday nights are local handmade flea markets. Thursdays and Fridays, the kitchen is used by new local chefs to showcase their culinary visions. All the while, adults into rock climbing can get out of those sweaty harnesses, and those of us looking to appease the inner child now have a hip place to play.
